01 Gusto is easy for your employees
Gusto provides a do-it-yourself browser-based interface that gives your employees control over managing their benefits—so you don't have to. It easily integrates with Quickbooks, Xero, and other popular apps.
I've been using Gusto at my 20-person creative agency for around 3 years and our employees love how easy it is. They can update benefits, log hours, request PTO or check their balance, change their bank, get cash advances, and more. The $200 you get with this promo code is nothing compared to the time-savings you'll get with Gusto. I promise.
02 Gusto is easy for you
Gusto is specifically designed for small to medium business owners to run payroll and administer benefits. Tasks that can take hours to complete can be done with just a few clicks in Gusto. Approve time off requests, onboard and offboard employees, adjust pay and benefits, pay contractors, and much more. Gusto can even help you with employee reviews and store sensitive employee info securely.
Gusto's interface makes everything super easy and quick, and they have tons of tutorials to help you along the way.
03 Gusto is affordable
Gusto can save you time and money compared to traditional payroll methods or other providers. Unlike ADP, which has a confusing and somewhat mysterious pricing system, Gusto charges a base fee per month plus a per-employee fee, which starts at $49/month and $6/month respectively for the Simple plan and increases for higher-tier plans.
Gusto also offers a discount for annual subscriptions and waives some fees for non-profit organizations. Gusto does not charge extra fees for direct deposit or pay stubs, and does not require a long-term contract or setup fee.
